Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: During my time at Queen's this year I was socially isolated from the people on my floor and my peers. This lead me to isolate myself in my room and had a significant toll on my mental health, which I had been struggling with in my previous year at Queen's. With this going on I also faced significant struggles with my academics and began the process of applying for QSAS. Because of the current situation I wasn't able to get an official psychological evaluation done, but plan too as soon as I am able to. I currently only have my temporary letter of accommodation.
