I am writing to request an appeal to be registered in BCHM 270.
I am a University of Ottawa student who has recently been admitted to Queens only for the online BCHM 270 course. I was admitted for the course but it did not show up anywhere on my SOLUS or onQ. I waited for it to appear on my platforms but it never did. I contacted the course instructor with regards to this issue, and I was too that the deadline had already passed
I do not understand why I was not enrolled in BCHM 270. I have also been going through extraordinary circumstances with my family being separated due to travel and ban restrictions abroad because of COVID-19, so I apologize if there was a potential step that I missed.
I was looking forward to taking BCHM270 with Queens, and my acceptance to Queens was only based on my desire to take BCHM 270, yet it did not show up anywhere.
I hope my appeal can be accepted

Academic Plan: As mentioned, I am indeed going through extraordinary circumstances. However, I only plan on taking one course (BCHM 270) with Queens, so my circumstances will not hinder my ability to study or pass.
I plan on getting an A+ in this course and I enjoy its material thoroughly.
