Petition Letter: The feedback I received:
Part A: The program fails to check the illegal value entered. input() prompts the user to enter an input, when the parameter was first being entered, it should be checked right away, instead of checking after the payment was being calculated and displayed. Also, save the input in a parameter instead of letting the user enter again.(8/10)
Part B: The program fails to prompt the user for the input needed. 1. It's not clearly what the user should enter(system friendly). 2. The program fails to prompt whether it's standard or non standard(Line 11 shouldn't be indented)3. The program fails to classify which price range it belongs to and sometimes fail to produce the output(5/10)

My interpretation of the feedback:
Part A: The instructions of the assignment have not mentioned that checking the validity of the parameter has to happen before calculating the payment. This cause misunderstanding so the grade should not be taken off because I have checked the illegal value - It is wrong to say that the program fails to check the illegal value at all.
Part B: It is very unclear to say that the system is not prompting the input needed. My program has prompted all the imputs mentioned in the assignment. The standardization issue is the same as Part A that I misunderstand the right format. My program has classified the price range.
