I hope this message finds you well. I was writing this email in regards to pass fail my course. I missed the deadline to drop courses due to Covid and other extenuating circumstances, however it was due largely in part to a death in my family at the time. Currently my family has recently suffered the loss of my sister, and I have been trying to navigate that emotional roller coaster that has been.
I was inquiring to see if there's anything I can do to remove my GPYH 332 course mark from my transcript. If you could please let me know any information you have on this, or if you could direct me in the direction of who to talk to for additional information it would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
