Petition Letter: To whom this may concern,
I would like to request to be allowed to take PHIL 303 this Fall Semester. I have made this decision after considering what would be best in regards to my hopefull future graduate studies. Currently I am taking PHIL 459, which I believe I have been left unequiped to complete to the level I expect of myself due to the untimely interuption of PHIL 260 in the previous Winter Semester by the Covid 19 pandemic. PHIL 303 is much more pertinent to the area of studies I take interest in, Ethics, and would, I believe, better equip me for graduate school next year. Currently I have received permission from the PHIL 303 instructor to join their class, alongside Mesha Paul from the Philosophy Department. I understand it is late in the semester, however I promise that I will perform all actions necessary to catch up with the current course content. Currently my academic record is strong and I believe it reflects my capacity to fulfil this task.

Academic Plan
Academic Plan: My intent is to utilize my weekends and spare time to catch up with the current PHIL 303 course content. I believe my current academic record supports my capacity to do as such. I would also be happy to speak with an acadmic advisor should there be concern that I might not be able to fulfil the course requirements on my own.
