Petition Letter

Petition Letter: Dear Life Sciences Team,

I have just confirmed with my Infectous Disease Specialist that I had Viral Encephalits in my third year of University when I had pneumonia in 2017 and then it happened again in August 2020 with Mononucleosis.

My references for this tragedy are my Doctors and Terrence Ozlinz Professor of Pharmacology. I am a very hard working student and I really don't have the time to finish this last course when I will be working full time at Credit Valley Hospital in the GTA to put my life on the line during this Crisis.

Please take this into consideration and I would love a passing Grade in any course you choose. It really doesn't matter to me. I have never been accustomed to online School which is why I never really took online courses. I had extreme headaches where I couldn't even pick up a book let alone pass a bellringer, submit a project or even pass a final exam. I was throwing up in my mouth when I wrote my exams in August of 2020 similar to 2017 and I still achieved an A minus in PHARM 450. I watched all my friends graduate in the class of 2019 and 2020 and I am currently in WRIT 250 but my writing skills are extremely well written and they do not need improvement...

I came to Queen's to become a Psychiatrist to clear my family name of Mental Ilness where I just discovered that the EBV and CMV virus are the root cause. Furthermore my amazing girlfriend, I had to take time off school in March of 2020 due to her Bipolar Disorder when she swallowed a whole bottle of pills just before the pandemic hit.

Just in one month I passed a kidney stone, got my laptop stolen and had to see my now ex-wife fall short into the abyss of mental ilness.

Thank you for reading my letter and I have to be with my family because my sister (cousin) has NF1 cancer and she doesn't have much time to live. Please take this into consideration when my girlfriend had a mental breakdown in March of 2020 and I saved her life when I picked her body of the floor when she swallowed pills due to her Bipolar disorder.

I believe in my heart that one course doesn't define my work ethic at Queen's when I have to save lives,

Todd James Terzievski
Aspiring Psychiatrist
