Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: Hi, This is Rupinder Kaur, was enrolled in your university as BIO111 student. I was visiting student. In actually, i am sending this appeal because of my personal circumstances. IN actually, i had to take this in your university as it was prior demand for the trimester of my program Environmental Technician. I was doing it good, but because of my health issues (had infection in my kidney which was spreading all over the body. Due to this, i was not able to eat well and was patient of weakness as well). Unfortunately, this issue was not resolved properly, that a new issue, called cyst produced in my right ovary, which was really very painful all the time. These kinds of reasons took me to the hospital and i could not able to complete my assignments. This was really a horrible or scared time for me. I really wished to God that do not show these days to anyone in anyone's life. AS this is very difficult for an international student to tackle the issues by themselves alone. My, own family, is in India, so I handled these days by myself alone. AS I was not able to complete my assignments in this university, so i also apply for an extension as well and pay extra for that but nothing happened in favor of me. My financial conditions are also not good. AS i mentioned above that i am an international student here and my family in India is also facing the same financial issues because of this pandemic disease, Corona. Also, My grandmother expired in July. So, I was facing a big level of depression. I do not have any work right now and am free from last July when I got sick. When I had it, i was not able to do due to my health problems. I spent too much money in the hospital, medicines as well.

Another face come in the life when I do not get proper result from your university, and i had to change my program although i am still not satisfy but i have to. Their fees is upto 8600 dollars and honestly, i do not have that much money. This is really very hard time for me since July. I know if nothing gonna happen then i will surely go into depression because this is really too much for the age of 20. So, by taking my circumstances under your care, kindly refund me some of my paid fees over there if it is possible as i know i do not took that much benefit from your university. I know and understand it completely that this thing is not valid but i do not have any another option. Kindly this is my humble request ton help me in this hard time. I would be really very thankful to you for this act of kindness. This will save someone's life from be ruined. Please because nobody can see any drop of tear into their parent's eyes.
