Petition Letter: Dear Faculty of Art and Science,
This is Ruifan Zhou (20074800) from APEC major and currently, I am a fourth-year student.
I request written permission for me to study outside of Queen's during the coming winter semester, I wish to take part in my 4th year of the program away on an ILOP.
I want to take two courses offered by the University in my home country during the winter term. Including 3.0 credits of 300 level ECON course and 3.0 credits of 400 level ECON course. Both courses are under the section of Option courses.
I wish to take 300 level and 400 level ECON courses away on an ILOP since I want to explore and learn economics from different perspectives and professors in my home country.
To be specific, I want to take ECON350(which is equivalent to ECON422 at Queens) and ECON385(which is equivalent to ECON325 at Queens). I will attach both syllabus and supporting documents in further email and send them to the faculty and the office.
I am hoping that I could obtain written permission from the Department of Economics.
