Petition Letter: This is Freya Zhu ( student number 20212031). I'm a first year student, and I am facing some problems when checking the classes and enrolment requirements. I am enrolled in both MATH 120 and MATH 121, and I have already finished the first semester of them. Due to my course arrangement last semester, I need to drop a course after the first week, so I enrolled into Math 121 when the school has resumed for two weeks. I do not know why I could enrolled these two courses at the same time, for I did not read the requirements carefully due to time constraints at that time.
As things stand, I'm only going to get six credits whether I drop one fo them or not, so I want to drop MATH 121 and enrol into STAT 263 since there are spaces left, and in this case I could at least get 3 credits. I have already passed the deadline to add a winter term class, and also the deadline for dropping a winter term class and receive a full refund. Therefore, Is it possible for me to enrol into STAT 263 for winter term 2021, and drop MATH 121 winter term 2021 with a full refund

Academic Plan
Academic Plan: I am taking both MATH 120 and MATH 121 right now. The contents of 120 and 121 are similar in the course. After dropping Math 121, I will still enter the Math major according to my plan. I chose Math 121 as an elective when the class I wanted to take was already full¿so dropping MATH 121 will not affect my Academic Plan. I would like to major in Math and statistics, so STAT 263 would be a good choice, and I will try to catch up with the class.
