Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: This is Yihan Chen with the student number 20048629. This term I am unable to stay in Canada due to the COVID-19. I am in China now, and I take the online courses at Queen's. It is quite difficult for me to take 6 online courses efficiently at Queen's since the time zone difference. I have enrolled 3 courses this semester, and I need to take 3 FILM-300 levels courses outside QU to complete my academic plan on time. Therefore, I plan to take three courses at Soochow university which is located in China during the winter term. In order to apply for an international letter of permission from ILOP, I am required to apply the appeal letter. And I have received the written permission from the Undergraduate Chair of the Film Department.
