Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I am asking for an Aegrotat standing or incomplete grade for my missing assignment to be counted, for pols250 from 2018-2019.
I am also asking for an aegrotat standing for econ232 from winter 2019 and phil257 from 2018-2019.

I encountered many issues preventing me from finishing assignments. I broke my glasses, and it took me three weeks to get a new pair. It is extremely time consuming since you have to book an eye doctor and wait for at least a week to receive the new pair. Secondly, I had bedbug issues in my house. I had itchy rashes all over my body, and I went to the wellness center, but they could not do anything. The fumigator came to my house many times and the situation had not improved. Due to that, I had been forced to live in different places with many inconveniences, both in life and in academics. I ended up unable to submit the essay for these two courses.

Also, I want to prioritize the procedure for pols250. I have already notified my professor about this appeal for pols250.
