This is Siyuan Fan and my student Number: 20199262.
It is my deep apologies to contact you so late at this moment, I have been in poor physical and mental condition since March 2019, and I have also applied for medical assistance, please check the attached Psychological Diagnosis notes for your reference. Also, with the ongoing family drama and the global pandemic, studying remotely is dividing my mind.
I am sorry for missing the deadline to drop my courses through SOLUS. So far, some school account matters have not been resolved in time. I failed to apply for the GAP year at the beginning of the semester, and I just found out that there are hold situations show on my account. Is it possible that I can drop from all my classes this semester and waive the tuition
