Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: In 2021 I was experiencing a lot of things that happen to my family because of the COVID, recently I was doing a lot of preparation for traveling back to China. I feel really stressed taking this class, and I did not perform well in previous assignments and quizzes, I thought I could save it so I didn't drop it before the drop date but eventually I didn't. Since this is one of my required courses I want to drop it this semester and take it next semester, right now I want to focus on my other classes' finals and the preparation for my PCR test and antibody test which follows the exams next week. Thank you
