Petition Letter: Hi Dear staff of Faculty of Science and Faculty Dean

I am a fourth-year student at Queens University and now, I want to apply for taking my rest of the courses at a university outside of Canada in the summer term. My plan is to graduate as a Fundamental Computing Major Under Computing Faculty. I have to talk with the Computing Undergraduate Chair at beginning of 2021 Winter for changing me to a computing plan and have received consent decision. The course are:

CISC422 as required course in major map
CISC322 as required course in major map
CISC 467 as computing elective course at 400 level
One CISC 400 level unspecified course.

Since my family are strongly refuse me to spend one more year in Queens, if the worst situation happened, I would be forced back to China and enforced to suspend my degree by my parent. Personally, I want to finish my university degree as quickly as possible as well, and the best solution is to study the rest of the courses in the Summer and apply for graduation right way. I do not know that am I qualify to apply to graduate in the 2021 Winter because I noticed that there is a graduation window in July. I want to apply it if you think that I satisfy all the graduation requirement

The computing faculty have not updated my major now, so the program and plan in my solus is still math and Statistics. But I have passed the CISC497 and capstone course CISC 496 according to Computing Major- Fundamental Computing stream.

Due to Covid-19, I did nott receive medical help for my illness(anal fistula), Hospital in China has confirmed that I have that illness and plan to do surgery on me. I am afraid that I could not back to Canada in the 2021 Fall to finish my course on campus.
