Petition Letter: Hello,
My name is Edward Yuan and I am a fourth year student graduating this year. I recently discovered, last Saturday, there there was the possibility of changing some grades from the winter 2020 year.
Though I understand that it has been a year since then I am currently hoping that it might be possible to seek to have it retroactively applied. The reason being as I am applying to graduate programs I am struggling with the idea that because I did not know about the privilege earlier, that I would not meet the minimum requirements for applying to my desired graduate program.
The winter 2020 season was particularly stressful for me as several family members had severe cases of Covid-19. It is in this context that I hope that something can be done.
