Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I am appealing to have my DEVS 240 letter grade C to be replaced with Credit or Pass also i would like the course that i dropped to be removed from my transcript. I took DEVS 240 in Fall 2020. The reason for my appeal is that I am physically and mentally challenged. My physical and mental limitations have restricted my participation in the course. This limitation prevented me from performing at my usual standard. I have submit documentation regarding my illness with QSAS, Monique Dube is my coordinator.
