Petition Letter: Hello and Good day,
I am submitting an appeal to have the 4 courses that I was taking in the Fall of 2020 and Winter 2021 withdrawn from my Academic record due to circumstances beyond my control. I was going through a very tough time with my Mental health and as such was unable to complete most of the work required.
