Petition Letter: Appeal for Removal from Transcript

I am appealing to have two courses removed from my transcript.

October 4th, 2017, I had an appeal 3869 that was denied but was allowed to have the course removed from my transcript. The appeal was to be able to write the final exam that I had to miss for medical reasons due to a surgery. I did not meet all the requirements for that. I was allowed to have it removed from my transcript and I agreed to that, and it was never removed. It was the course of Abnormal Psychology taught by Dr Miracle.

The second course is Clinical Psychology in 2018. I had to get an extension due to COVID and again medical issues and another surgery. In early June after I had recovered from surgery, I sent my professor a new timeline for him to agree to finish the course and do my assignments, quizzes, and exams. These needed to be opened in onQ for me to complete. He never responded or agreed to the timeline nor opened these in onQ for me and did not contact me back until late August when the semester was extended slightly into September and would have only given me a month to complete and do an entire semester of work. We were still in lockdown and Covid and I just believed he did not agree to my timeline. I did not have any childcare set up nor could I because of Covid and thus was unable to complete the course within a month. This was a lack of communication on my professor¿¿s part. He knew my situation and my struggles, and my email got lost on his end for three months. My professor was wonderful This as it turned out was just a human error but made it absolutely impossible on my end and I do not feel I should be penalized for this.

Because Covid I had to lose completing this course and have a late withdraw on my other course I was taking at that time which was Cognitive Psychology. I also request that due to Covid that my tuition for these two courses are refunded.
