Appeal Letter: Dear Members of the Board of Studies,

My name is Ryan Radovich and I am appealing the requirement to withdraw for one year. My request was denied on the basis that I was not handling my issues in a way that would be conducive to academic success in the near future. I agree with this ruling but I have put, and continue to put significant time into trying to fix these issues. I have had my first meeting for congruent issues with CAMH and switched family doctors to someone who I have been more open with . What I do wholeheartedly agree with in the letter from the Associate Dean of Studies was that I should not be taking a full course load in the fall. The suggested part time option with correct medical treatment makes a lot of sense, and would allow me to chip away at my degree and have motivation for my studies, whilst allowing me to pursue the medication and counseling changes to succeed with a fuller course load in the future. I belive tnat reacclimating trough a heravily reduced fall semester should give us insight into my potential full return in janurary of 2022.
