Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

New Information: I feel it is important to address the fact that I did not drop any courses this year when I was overwhelmed with 5 online courses and knew I was struggling academically. At the time, I was not aware of these systems and how they can be beneficial to my academics. Additionally, I mistakenly believed that I would be able to raise my grades in my courses and did not take advantage of the ability to drop courses. Since the year has ended, however, I have taken time to make sure that I am aware of the process and deadlines involved in dropping courses and am confident that I will be able to use these systems of support in the future should I need to. Despite the fact that I am seeking a return to studies in only a part-time capacity, I feel prepared in the academics I am taking on and how to implement these resources if necessary.
