Petition Letter: Hello,
Due to a sudden cut of funding at my job I was put in the unforeseen position of having to find a new job quickly. My current job is great but the hours are often extend past what is scheduled. It is because of this precarious situation, that I was able to matian my studies after the drop by date. I tried my best to be able to complete the course, but I am very anxious as I was unable to do so. My apologies to Professor Phan, I did not mean to take a seat of another student or waste his time.
