Petition Letter: Good Afternoon,
Upon completing the ENIN 304 Summer course I was shocked to have received a C- in the course. I checked my grades in OnQ and it said I did not complete the 10% self-assessment survey. I did indeed complete the survey and pasted my answers in the according boxes from my Word Document. I don't know if there was a glitch in the system or something else that may have caused this but I am certain I completed this assignment. I am appealing this because I believe I should get the grade I deserve for all the hard work and time spent completing various tests and assignments given.
