Petition Letter

Petition Letter: Request to appeal fo Credit Standing in multiple courses from 2018 to Winter 2019

Due to mental health issues I was unable to perform adequately which has had a significant impact on my grades.
I was unable to identify my issues earlier which is why I forced through the semesters.
I plan on re- taking the relevant courses in the 2021 fall.

I started to go in counselling in 2020 under Dennis Pringle, then Samuel Kim and currently under Arunima Khanna.

I have submitted an appeal previously to Aegrotat these courses but were then advised to write an appeal on receiving a credit standing on these courses.

Truly
Nahian Khan

NOTE: STUDENT HAD APPEALED PREVIOUSLY TO DROP THESE COURSES BUT THE APPEAL WAS WITHDRAWN SINCE STUDENT HAD PASSED THE COURSES. STUDENT WAS ADVISED TO REQUEST EITHER AG OR CR STANDING.
