I have been delayed heavily by departments for even knowing how to contact or the path / my concern of timings and even now with still positivity that trying to accept the AER grade and moving past the courses to graduate. For ENIN 340, I saw the lack of professor and TA's not responding or very rudely. I noticed something that I confirmed with IT about assignment 02 due on June 25th 11:59, 3 day grace period that I was still deducted 2 grade levels as a late penalty. The lack of understanding either someone mentioning an old syllabus or random statements or even just avoiding my POV and how I follow onQ only, was given totally different answers. Apparently it seems that I have to void this and apply for an AER of the self-assessment that yet again, at first it is always asked and matters to a professor of a course reflection but then when I couldn't access it then and sent emails, I got harsh response. It was worth 15% of my grade and to have the AER done to that, I would pass this course. Next, MUSC 171, had issues with submission of a quiz and the final assignment exam which I had a situation of getting a vaccine on that day of submission, my vaccine appointment was at 12:40pm and you could imagine the importance of it. As plans for summer and someone with impacted immune system in the past and limited seats to get a vaccine, the assignment exam was due 2pm that way. I was heavily shook at the time I got the vaccine and also then reached out to the professor regarding the situations and how with the help of IT that as I sent screenshots of, it did not show the submit button. I asked the professor that although unprofessional, if I could just email it to him, next day I still went out and figured out a different device and submitted just incase. He told me to contact consideration team which completely forgot what health means, obtained my vaccination proof and just slided away. It is to understand that now if at this point my mental health proof would be judged, I came out of psychologist help for anxiety and stress in March and these times and with what went on, only triggered them more to having to deal with such cases that no one is really trying to understand or a brighter side but simply cut me off. I was not at my fullest energy levels or to avoid vaccine appointments or for the other course, assume that my own self input in a course would get limited and yet a D+ in an assignment which I am having to accept at this point. I needed to graduate as I had 9 transfer credits coming in but these 2 courses and with a bunch of others asking what Queen's is really doing is only going to impact me more. I hope this was clear and both courses.
