Petition Letter: As of today, Sept 24th, 2021, I am no longer allowed to be on campus due to a denied Covid-19 vaccine accommodation request. Since I am not planning on becoming vaccinated I need to complete my classes online. I tried to drop my in-person SPAN 111 lecture and add the one with a TBA location, section 003. I did not know at the time it was pasted the add date so I am hoping that I will still be able to take this course.

Academic Plan: I took all my classes last year online with great success and since I am no longer allowed on campus I am planning to take all my courses online again this year
