Petition Letter: Hi There,
I have been in contact with the consideration throughout the summer and I had mentioned how I was unable to submit my appeal due to extenuating circumstances that I was going through. I had covid during the end of the school year, and I lost someone close to me during that time as well. Due to my mental health at the time, I went to a friend??s farm to try and get my mind off of things. I had limited cellular data and was unable to stay in touch with the appeal and consideration team during this time, and therefore was unable to appeal within the 21 days.
