Petition Letter: To Whom It May Concern,
I'm Xingzi Yao majoring in MATH, and my Queen's Student ID is 20106533. As a junior, I have some reasons why I need to take fall-session courses at another institution during the Winter 2022. I'd like to make best use of my spare time to complete some courses and transfer the credits back to Queen's, thus I can spare more time for planning my internships and my application for graduate studies. I guess I will get well prepared for my future plans if I could take more courses in my spare time and graduate earlier.
The host university is Universidad Catolica San Antonio De Murcia, and I'm planning to take four courses on a LOP during the Winter 2022. The courses I will take at the host university are:
11903 Intermediate Probability
12913 Applied Statistical Methods
which are respectively equivalent to Queen's University's:
STAT353
STAT361
I will contact my department to get a written permission and appeal to the Associate Dean (Studies).
Please kindly do me a favor to approve of my Letter of Permission.

Academic Plan
Academic Plan: My academic plan for 2022 Winter semester is to take 4-5 courses, three from COMM6xx and 1-2 from MATH3xx. In the Fall 2022 semester, I plan to take 5 courses. I will choose two elective courses, one of them maybe CISC101, and I will take two or three option MATH courses choose from MATH3XX and MATH4XX (maybe MATH455). I will arrange my courses and study time reasonably to strive for a high GPA.
