Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: During the dates of the 27th of September to the 18th of October we were required to submit our proposals and first cuts of the the mini documentary assignment. Unfortunately, for the first 2 weeks of class I was unable to attend, due to a back injury leaving me bed ridden. During one of the classes I had a appointment at KOPI's therapy and regeneration center in Kingston. I have emails with Adonay describing that and also have documentation of me attending different doctor and therapy appointments. After being prescribed the new medication to take, I felt as if I couldn't move or stand without feeling nausea. This made it extremely hard to walk to class, which would take 30 minutes from my house to the bader. With this missed class, I had to rent out camera equipment late and didn't get a real opportunity to do the project in a group, which I would of preferred. I have recently finished the whole documentary and plan on submitting it tonight but I dont want to be penalized for the days I missed due to injury.
