Petition Letter
Petition Letter: This appeal is in regards to two courses I had to withdraw from due to psychological issues. I am appealing the financial penalty for these courses. I struggled initial when I began this semester but tried my best to get through. Unfortunately some new psychological concerns made it impossible for me to focus and complete any tasks required in these courses. I have consulted with my therapist and emergency doctors and hope to work through these issues so that I can return to school at some point.
Academic Plan
Academic Plan: Currently I am on a waitlist to see several professionals. I also have a regular therapist as well as my family doctor. I feel that until I get more support school will not be an option for me. It is hoped that when these supports are put in place I will be able to attend queens again beginning with two courses. I am already registered with QSAS so I will be able to work with them to make a plan that will allow me to succeed in my academics.
