Petition Letter: My name is Sara Doyle, I am a fourth-year student. I am emailing you regarding a mark that is not on my transcript. I took MUSC 104 in fall of 2019 and then retook it in summer 2020, receiving an -A.

I have been trying to fix this grade since this summer however I seem to be getting passed from person to person.

Academic Plan: I am in urgent need of this grade change as my post grad application for U of T (due NOV 26th) is still waiting for my transcript records.
