Petition Letter: Hi,
I would like to be able to drop two Fall courses after the deadline has passed. I have been diagnosed with three mental illnesses. I had tried to manage a full course load but unfortunately I am not able to continue with my academic program right now as my mental health has become more challenging. I have not been able to concentrate on academic tasks, participate in classes, or complete schoolwork. I am now under the care of a psychiatrist and need to withdraw from school to be able to work on getting healthier. I will submit a note from my attending psychiatrist to support this request. Please know that I have the support of my family, have a number of medications, and am in the process of securing regular counselling.
