Petition Letter: I am appealing late marks on assignment 3. My instructor Samuel Brien, advised me to submit an extenuating circumstances form (he was holding the grade as IN). I was unable to get the documentation before the grade was submitted to solus and he has told me (Also Ian Cromb, Econ Undergrad Chair) to appeal the grade as he says he cannot change the grade itself once its in solus.
