Petition Letter
Petition Letter: I am in 3rd year and I wish to take more than 6.0 units at another university in Summer 2022. I didn't select enough courses (30units) this year because we learn remotely and I want to reduce the pressure. Therefore, I plan to study and earn credits during the summer holiday. In addition, I'll be in China during the summer holiday, so I'll have a better learning experience in in-person classes in a Chinese university. Finally, the courses I select are out of my major degree plan which helps me to satisfy the requirement of credits as well as prepare for the application of graduate degree.
Academic Plan
Academic Plan: The biggest advantage if the appeal gets granted is that I'll have a lighter course load next semester because I can have more time to prepare for my application for a graduate degree. Also, I can earn the credits that I lack this semester during the summer holiday. More importantly, since the courses I select are not in my major degree plan, it is more convenient for me to finish them in China where I will stay during the whole holiday.
