Petition Letter: Dear Associate Dean,
I??m an international Queen??s student. I am writing this letter to you because I want to enrol in STAT 362 (winter, 2022). Here are the reasons:
1. Just a few days, The Canadian government announced a new policy, travelers are not allowed to enter Canada only if they are fully vaccinated. Unfortunately, the vaccine I took is not accepted by the Canadian government yet. I tried so many ways to arrive in Canada before the reading week but all failed. Therefore, I have no choice but to choose to take courses remotely.
2. I would love to learn this course because it can help me understand my major (statistics) more easily.
I know there might be lots of challenges waiting for me, but I want to give a try. Please allow me to enrol it. Thank you so much

Academic Plan: I know I will have difficulties on learning this course because of late enrolment. I will try my best to catch up as quick as possible. If I really need help on my study, I will find instructor and TAs for help.
