Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: My name is Zijuan Lin my student number is 20105653. I am writing this for asking may I take a 3-units elective course outside Queen's. I am a fourth-year student in Math, and the 2022 winter is the last semester of my undergraduate study. Hence, I want to take the chance to take another elective course outside of Queen's so that I may experience a different learning style and also get 3-units at the same time. The first reason I want to take a course outside Queen's is the tuition fee would be less and I want to reduce the financial burden as much as I can do. Meanwhile, the course would behold from March to April, so I may have more time to deal with the application for the future job. I have submitted the ILOP application and the officer of the International Programs Office mentioned that I should get your permit since I earned 6.0 transfer units for the Fall Term. The reason I submitted 3 courses is that I am not sure which one can meet the requirements, I would only take one of those three courses.
