Dear whom it may concern,
I am reaching out to Queen's University, requesting to drop a course in CHEM 112 for the term Summer (2021). I was not in the right headspace to complete the course due to my mental illness (depression/BPD). During this time, I had suicide ideation and was going through tremendous stress, while juggling work and personal matter. I have doctor's note in hand to attach if requested. I would love to return to Queen's University to continue my studies in Computer Science, once I've overcome my challenge with my mental health.
