Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: Hi, Dear Asscociate Deans,

My name is Jiayi Qin, student number 20208189. I just found that two of my courses which are Math 281 and Econ 255 were dropped on solus. I have contacted with the art and science department. They told me this situation is caused because I didn't upload my proof of vaccination in the safe return potal after the third vaccination. The situation is that I came Kingston for the in-person courses on 18th Feb. I haven't get my third dose of Pfizer at that time. I first submitted a partial-vacciated state. I contacted with the save return department, told them my situation. They told me that when I got the thrid-dose, I won't be removed from my course. Then I made an appointment and got my third dose on 26th Feb. After getting the third dose, I sent an email showing that I have got the third dose to the art and science department with the proof of vaccination. I remembered that I also submitted the proof in the safe retrun portal. I have the email that I sent to the A&S department and I can show you if you need, but I don't know how to find the record that I submitted in the safe return portal. Every time I enter the portal it shows a new page.

The problem is that I don't know my courses were cancelled because they are all still on my Onq and I'm still taking the in-person course, finnishing the assignments and taking mid-term exams. Because of this reason, I didn't find this situation in time. Can you have the DR of Math 281 and Econ 255 removed from my transcript and bring me back to the courses? Thank you so much.
