Petition Letter: Dear academic appeal office,

I am the student who asked for reviewing the late drop for GPHY 228 in my appeal 7815. I had asked for adding this course when the appeal was processing. However, when I received the decision, the course is not on the list.

I was sorry for not asking you the first time when received the decision. I sent your office with the conversation between academic consideration and the broad of studies as proof of it. From 2020 to 2021, I experienced a series of life shocks. In 2020 Fall, my family broke up with ones gone. Without recovering from the loss of ones loved, I suffered from personal threats, litigation, and some more terrifying conflicts. It impacts me seriously on maintaining a normal life. During that period, I was sent to hospital, diagnosed with major depression, and severe anxiety after.

For 228, with the advice from the academic consideration team, I had asked for a late drop as I am not able to continue on the course in the 2020 Fall. In the previous appeal7815, I had asked all courses taken in 2020 Fall for a late drop for the same reason. I would attach the same documents as support.
