a. The Request:

Hi Members of the Board of Studies, I am appealing the Associate Dean??s decision to deny my appeal to drop these courses CISC 251 and CISC 203 and COGS 100 and CISC 124 so some of them in the Fall term and others in the Summer term and all 2021 courses, and I am appealing to IN incomplete grade which is these courses CISC 221 and GEOL 106 on Fall term. I am appealing to review of instructors?? decision of a term work which is CISC 203 in the Fall term.

b. Direct Response to Decision Letter:

I response to denied decision that the circumstances I had that isn??t took just a place in September 2021, is took 2 months and half September and October and November to manage everything because a lot of homeworks and quizzes and mid-term, and also when I was trying to get my money back so I was discuss with the police about that and the person who took my money and find a place to live also, so it??s was difficult to manage and I said that on my first appeal so I repeating this letter because it??s was hard time and it??s was taking time from me to deal with the situation, and I was can??t take academic consideration because I was don??t have proof to show for academic consideration form so I got my police report later on December and so it's after the deadline for drop courses so is was not in my control and I tried with the professors to help me on that situation but they tell me that they can??t without academic consideration so it was a difficult situation and out of my control and it was hard make a decision in two weeks, and I was planning to improve my GPA also so that why I continue after deadline drop courses finished, because I was want to change my program to computing so that why I was need to continue with courses I was had, but I didn't make it as successful as I was hope. And for circumstances that I had experienced, which are being managed now, and I will file a case against him, and I have a lawyer.

?? Course: CISC 203, Term: Fall 2021, Need: a review of instructors' decisions on the grading of final examination and/or term work, and CR credit standing

?? Course: CISC 221, Term: Fall 2021, Need: NI option 1: incomplete grade to take the final exam, if option 1 can??t happen so option 2: CR credit standing.

?? Course: GEOL 106, Term: Fall 2021, Need: option 1: IN complete grade to take the final exam if option 1 can??t happen so option 2: a review of instructors' decisions on the grading of final examination and/or term work

c. Future plan:

The plan is to focus on my study and continue what I like to study and follow my passion for achieving academic success on my degree until I work on my dream and more success in my life. And I plan to change my program to computing which l like more to study so I need to raise my GPA to enter the program which needs a 2.7 GPA, and I am trying my best to raise my GPA. And I am now retaking the courses CISC 204 and CISC 124 for this Winter 2022 term.
