Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: Hi,

I'm a interest learning student that enrolled in the interest route for the bachelor of Health sciences program. I am kindly asking to be given a Late Withdrawal Standing in PHGY170. I have already paid my fees for the course and will not be attending the institution going forward as I learned that online learning is not best suited for me. I have enjoyed my experience at Queen's online learning, however I have found that in person learning is much easier for me to follow with. I have completed one exam in the health sciences stream and PHGY 170 is the only exam I have not completed. I do not have access to the course materials since the fall term as well and therefore it has been difficult to try and prepare for the final exam (deferred). I would really appreciate it if I could just have it withdrawn, thank you for your time and consideration.
