Petition Letter: Reason for Appeal; The original examination was scheduled for F21 exam period. Due to extenuating circumstances, it was rescheduled for the F21 Deferred Exam period. And due to the same extenuating circumstance, it was rescheduled for June 2022 Examination Session.
The extenuating circumstance was back injury from a snow-sport accident. And further complications due to winter storms, and climate conditions out of my control. I have submitted adequate medical documentations dated for F21 - on my file.
With discussions with the examinations department (Brandon Villeneuve) and on advisement of the Manager of Academic Operations (Libby Hearn), I was told to complete this form. So my examination can be scheduled for the June 2022 session.
