Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I encountered a lot of unexpected difficulties in 271. When I was studying this course, I had never been on campus because of COVID-19, so I had to choose remote teaching. Due to the time difference, I chose to postpone the exam in the fall of 2021, but there was a technical problem with examity. (I have passed the previous appeal.) As a result, I need to complete the 271 exam in the deferred exam period of this semester, but obviously I have not mastered the content I learned last fall as before. I think the score I will get can not reflect my level, which will affect my GPA. So I hope I can give up this course.
