Petition Letter: I received a zero grade on an assignment worth 15% of my final mark that I submitted prior to the deadline. It is the Self Assessment Survey for ENIN340.
I did submit the assignment on time and have a time-stamp of the last draft I completed prior to submission. There is no submission receipt for this assignment so I presumed the database had accepted my submission.
The Assignment was due April 8th, 2022 with a 72-hour grace period. I submitted the assignment on April 11th, 202.
If it was not accepted by the database it was either an error on my part or a technical issue beyond my control. I hope there are mechanisms to confirm I was logged into the site and that my work with uploaded.
Any help in this matter is appreciated.
