Petition Letter: Hello,

Due to my pregnancy I??ve had continuous issues with my health as well as my mental well-being. The stress of an unplanned pregnancy has caused tremendous anxiety and depression that have impacted my ability to excel. I did the best I possibly could in the course but the overwhelming issues that I??ve been having with my mental health played as a leading factor to my failure. I requested areogot standing but was denied, I ended up passing the course but due to my mental health I was unable to receive a mark that reflects my effort. Dealing with an unplanned pregnancy during the semester made it difficult as chemistry 112 is mainly in person comprised of labs and tutorials. Due to my mental and physical health I was unable to participate fully in those activities leading to a decline in my grade.
