Petition Letter: Goof Afternoon,
I received a letter from your system telling me I needed to withdraw for an entire year since I did not have enough credits and my GPA was too low. I apologize for the late response on the issue, as I have been dealing with anxiety issues since the first semester.
However, In the second semester, when I was struggling both mentally and physically from a concussion, I proactively reached out to my professors, knowing I would not finish the semester. I was granted three incompletes for my classes (ARTH 120, HIST 223, GNDS 225). With permission from my professors in all three classes, it was agreed that I would be able to finish my schoolwork before August 1st.
I believe the letter sent to me was just an automated mistake as I have not finished the school year yet and still have grades and classes to contribute to my GPA. If this is not the case, I would be happy to answer any further questions. Thank you.
