Petition Letter

Petition Letter: To whom it may concern,

I am writing to you because as absurd as this may sound, I was not aware that I was still enrolled in the PHYS P20 course. To my understanding, I thought I dropped this course in the beginning of October. However, I was on SOLUS today and it stated that I was still enrolled in this course. I am very upset over this misunderstanding as I am now aware that I have missed 2 essays that were worth 60 of my mark as well as an exam. This is not a common occurance for me. I really care about my courses as well as my grades. I would not just purposely skip my assignments or exams. I just really had no idea that I was still enrolled in this course. I have already talked to my professor and he recommends that I submit an appeal since there is no way I can catch up in this course as of now. I was wondering you can help me drop this course without it showing up on my transcript. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Kind regards,

So Young Moon
