Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

New Information: The reason i didn't submit my academic appeal last term (September) was because, i didn't think of going back to school at that moment. I was not financially ready and i decided to take more time off school. It was a very last minute decision. Once i made a tuition payment I moved from Korea to Kingston campus to get myself ready for school. I managed all by myself (moving, course registration, contacting the department office), i heard about the appealing process from my friends and sister so i ended up submitting this appeal letter late.
