Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: Hello, my name is Sarah Kayrala and I am applying for an incomplete on my transcript for my POLS 211 class. As per the syllabus, I was planning on submitting the Capstone Submission by the 12th but had lost my document due to my laptop restarting unexpectedly, losing most of my work, about 3/4 of it. In the time left I was unable to restart as I was having health issues regarding complications with medication taken for my mental health. Going forward, I will make sure to ensure my documents are saved automatically which will prevent this issue from reoccurring. I have been in touch with professor Baisley with whom I will be discussing an alternate due date. Thank you for taking my appeal into consideration,
