Petition Letter
Petition Letter: To whom it concerns,
I am appealing tuition fees, totalling 1,236.62, attached to two courses from the summer 2022 term. On May 24th 2022, I received a letter through my school email account indicating that I would be required to withdraw for a year and could resume my studies in either May or September 2023. I registered for these summer courses earlier in the winter 2022 term before I knew of my requirement to withdraw. My appeal is based upon the conflict between being asked to pay tuition fees for courses that I was ineligible to enrol in. I did not participate in the courses in any manner & did not know, due to my own lack of diligence, that I had continued to be 'enrolled'. It is my hope that that slip-up does not cost me 1236.62, and that the fees may be dropped without penalty. Please let me know if more information is needed, or if you have any further questions or concerns. Thank you for your time.
