Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I am a former Queen??s engineering student. I attended during the fall semester of 2021 and struggled mentally with depression and then academically as well. After we were sent home due to the COVID outbreak I never returned to Queens. I decided I had to transfer to a smaller school closer to home for my mental health and have been doing better both mentally and academically since the switch. I didn??t register for any classes at queens for the winter semester and I did not realize that I had to formally withdraw from the school. I am hoping you will approve my appeal as if I have to pay my tuition from the 2022 winter term I will not be able to continue attending my new school.
